Wanda T. Boulware, native of Baltimore City now resides in Harford County, I have worked with young people for my entire working career but began teaching in the Harford County school district two years ago. I have recently transitioned to the Baltimore City school district where I will be teaching 8th grade English at Hazelwood Elementary Middle school. I have a bachelor’s in Psychology, and I have completed my certification in education and am working on completing my master’s in Education. I am a spoken words poet, and licensed Minister at The Hill Christian Community church. I come from a great family, my parents have been happily married for 57 years, I am their youngest child. I am truly excited to be a part of this organization.
