Danyelle Robinson

Teaching Artist - Step

Danyelle Robinson is a seasoned dance instructor, educator, choreographer, and arts leader with an extensive background in ballet, jazz, modern, step, and liturgical dance. Her journey began as a young performer in The Nutcracker where she competed in various dance genres and professional performances. Her lifelong dedication to the arts has inspired her to create, direct, and expand impactful dance programs across Maryland.

As Director of ACPC, Danyelle leads a diverse range of Arts initiatives, classes, and performances that serve youth and adults throughout Prince George’s, Howard, and Baltimore Counties. She has co-coached a Baltimore City cheer team, founded the liturgical dance program at United Methodist Church, and served as the first coach of Mercy High School’s Pep Squad thus developing innovative programs that nurture creativity, confidence, and community engagement.

Since joining Moving History in 2023, Danyelle has taught after-school programs, community events, and summer sessions across multiple dance disciplines. She has worked with students of all ages and finds great fulfillment in helping others express themselves, build strength, and incorporate discipline while experiencing the joy of movement.
