Charmeda "Char" McCready has twenty+ years of experience in nonprofit management and leadership. Char has a Master's in Nonprofit Management from Notre Dame of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Economics from Towson University. Her work has been community-focused. Char also served as adjunct faculty in UMBC’s Community Leadership Program.
